MRC HARMONY
MRCHarmony app can be used only by members of MRC Harmony Club Members. Detailed description of this app is given below:
Three Main Modules are there:
Admin Module.
Sponsor Module.
Member Module

Add Member

Cork Usage Summary
Amount To Pay
ADD MEMBER
To add members to MRC Harmony Club – ( Registering a new member using his name and mobile number also there is an option for the new member to be sponsor or not.)
EDIT MEMBER
To edit mobile number or to change sponsor option of existing members of MRC Harmony.
STOCK DISTRIBUTION
Cork distribution to all sponsors is done by admin.
Admin can allocate number boxes distributed to sponsors and unit price of cork so that based on this value later calculations can be done.

PAYMENT SUMMARY
Payment Summary Page shows the amount paid till now for all members.

CORK USAGE SUMMARY
Cork Usage per month along with total amount details for all the members in club is displayed.

AMOUNT TO PAY
User names are displayed in the dropdown box, once admin select a particular user then automatically the Amount Due will be displayed in the below field.
In Amount paid box, the admin enters the amount paid by users and the amount due will deducted automatically.

SPONSOR MODULE:

And there is a link option named “My Usage”, “Change Password” and “Logout” which is common for both Admin and Sponsors.


SPONSOR LOGIN :
After entering a mobile number, sponsor login page will be displayed.
Password is necessity for admin to enter next page, if the sponsor forget password there is a link named “Forgot Password” which helps sponsor to receive new password through text message to his/her registered mobile number.

SPONSOR HOME:
In Sponsor Home, there will be 5 dropdown boxes where cork price variation box and Player1,2,3,4 boxes.
In cork price variation, the sponsor can pick a cork with the variety of listed corks based on amount.
Sponsor will choose a player names in remaining boxes.
Save and Continue button saves the changes.

My Usage

MY USAGE :
In this page the usage of cork by user for per month will be displayed in a calendar with next and previous month option.
Total number of corks used and Total amount will be displayed at the bottom of the page for each month.
Done button takes user to login page.
